Summary of Requirements for Prints
- the mount size must be 50 x 40 cm
- no tape of any description on the back of the mounts
- maximum mount thickness must not exceed 4 mm
- backing boards should be of a similar size to the fron tmount
- any mounted print which would be likelt to dameage other entries is not acceptable
Summary of Requirements for DPI Images
Technical
- images must be no larger than 1400 x 1050
- images must be in jpeg format
- images should have a sRGB colour space
Image naming
- images should be provided on a memory stick (please also remember to put your name somewhere on the stick for easy identification)
- images should be contained within a folder - named for the author - on the memory stick, e.g. "Chris Hills"
- the folder must only contain competition entries
- the file names must
a) be prefixed with an 01, 02 and 03, and
b) the file name must be the title as the author want it displayed
